Nowadays due to very busy life style, people find it very difficult to make the work and personal life balance. Cannot give sufficient time for gym or physical workout.

At least need to think while eating foods other than home made, I.e. junk foods, packed foods or in hotels and restaurants. Such foods may be tasty but is it hygienic or not that is the main question.

We do not aware how the food is prepared on street shops and hotels. We cannot trust the food quality and possibility of stale, poor qualities ingredients, that can be used to make such tasty menus.

In today’s era people are struggling with lots of health issues & diseases. Due to wrong lifestyle or busy working schedule, ignorance automatically happens which later on lead to poor health.

Most of the people does not aware about timely food consumption habits, they just have it anytime and any type of  food I.e. oily, junk etc. This effects on our health.

Have a quick observation, whatever you can check about that place I.e. cleanliness, vessels conditions, water tank conditions, table  cleanliness, waiters neatness,  etc. some of the things can easily be noticeable. If question is of health, then, we shall have to be somewhat alert to save yourself from food poisoning.

 

3. Avoid drinking water kept in the jug on table. It is better to buy water bottles. Water is one of the main factor for being healthy. If impure water is drunk then you will find immediate bad effects on your body, like stomachache, headaches, vomiting.
