Colocassia leaves are very famous vegetable due to its delicious taste. Mostly Indian people eat this vegetable in ample qualities.

These are specifically very small plant but with big leaf. It grows at around 3 feet and on monsoon season. This leaves may different in color, either light green or with somewhat blackish shed. Leaves are of heart shape.

These leaves has amazing quality like lotus leaf, that means water do not stop on it or make them wet.

Some people also eat STEMS as vegetable.

Colocassia leaf is also called as alu leaf, aloo leaf or taro leaves.
