Salt –1 spoon or as per requirement

Coriander seeds powder – 1 spoon

Edible oil – 2 spoons
Asafetida – 1/4 spoon
Mustard – 1 spoon
Crushed onion – 1 medium size
Crushed ginger – 1 small piece
Crushed tomato – 1 medium size
Crushed garlic – 3-4 petals
Preparation of Drumsticks Curry.
Washing: First clean the drumsticks (morina) by water.
Cutting : Cut the top and bottom stems & then make in 3-5 pieces according to size, it is required to cook properly and absorption of spices and stuffing.
Stuffing: Make the stuffing from ginger, tomato & garlic petals.
Cooking: Keep the cooker on slow gas and add edible oil. Once the oil gets heated slightly, add asafetida, cumin and mustard.
