Jaundice is very common disease and lots of people suffer from this in their lifetime. There are different medications are given by doctor according to patients symptoms and severity. But still there are some food that helps us in fast recovery from jaundice.

Jaundice is one of the disease. In which persons skin, Eyes (white portion of eyes),  mucous membranes etc.  appears yellowish. we feel like vomiting & weakness feelings

G. Red Meet

Red meet contains fats as well as amino acids in very higher proportion,  this will put extra strain on our lever. Hence Red meets should be avoided while suffering from Jaundice. Red meet is not the correct choice of foods for jaundice.

 

 

What are the types of jaundice?

Jaundice has 3 types and it is categories as below.

1. Pre-hepatic

2. Hepatocellular

3. Post-hepatic.

 

Type 1: Pre-Hepatic

In this type there will be breakdown in red cell in large proportion. The liver will find difficult to deal with bilirubin & it will remain in blood causing jaundice .

Type 2: Hepatocellular

In this type hepatic cells face the issue of  dysfunction.

Here also liver struggles for conjugation the bilirubin. Blood stream gets both conjugated as well as unconjugated bilirubin.

Type 3: Post-Hepatic

In this third type  obstruction of biliary drainage happens.

This bilirubin which is not excreted, it will further  conjugate by our liver.

In some cases we do not identify symptoms at initial stage, but if you feel below mentioned symptom, then better to get advice from your doctor .
