We can say It is common types of disease and have to face it lots of time in our life journey. Not necessary to go and take doctor’s advise immediately.

Most probably cough is the result of change in our eating habits or lifestyle or atmosphere. If you feel that, you have some disease or any uncommon symptoms then without spending time, need to have check up from doctors.

2. Ginger

Ginger have a good anti inflammatory properties. Along with cough, it also helps to give comfort in nausea.
Ginger can be chewed in raw form, or use its mixture with honey. Even adding it in tea is also good solution. However gingers consumption should be in moderate, excessive proportion may cause for heartburn or stomach ache.

Steam helps us in the situation of cough. It opens the blocked airways. We can add the peppermint, herbs like products in water while boiling.
Wet cough produces more mucus and steam is good remedy for comfort. If you have small steam producers instruments then it is good otherwise need to take precautions while handling hot water pot.

 

4. Menthol
