Binomial name of Brinjal is Solanum Melongena.

It is also known as Eggplant. Brinjal is a fruit but is used in almost every kitchen as a vegetable menu.

Eating a higher quantity of eggplant may cause menstruation. There is no wrong thing but the pregnant women up to the first 3 months should take more care otherwise it may lead to miscarriage. Eating limited proportion is best and helpful.

 

2. Acidic Nature

Acidity happens due to secretions of a higher proportion of HCL in the stomach. This will start us with irritating and discomforts, as it will give feelings of vomiting or burps.

A higher amount of eggplant consumption may lead to higher acid formation in our stomach.

Brinjal when consumed too much can lead to the formation of too much acid causing acidity in the stomach. It is not good food for people who are prone to acidity.

People who are more sensitive towards acidity, should minimize consumption or stop it.
